Shipping Policy

Your package will be shipped by us within 48 to 72 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped. Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment, excluding weekends. Upon request, we can provide you with information on the delivery status of your package.

Please note: Customs fees may apply, in such cases, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Procedure

Have you received items but they’re not right for you? No problem. You have 15 days from the date you received the package to return your order, excluding personalized products. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For any refund request, the package must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (box, labels, plastic wrap, zip-lock bags, etc.). It must not have been used or damaged.
