Shipping Policy

Your package will be shipped by us within 48 to 72 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our average delivery time is 10 to 20 business days after shipment, excluding weekends. Upon request, we can provide you with information on the delivery status of your package.

Please note: Customs fees may apply, in such cases, they are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Procedure

Please note that we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered, except for problems found with the product.

We only refund an order if the delivered product is damaged or was never delivered. To do so, please contact us by email at sneekycontact@gmail.com or on Instagram. We will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
